Long-term follow-up of ibrutinib plus venetoclax in patients with treatment-naïve CLL/SLL

This study is a Prospective Observational multi-center study aiming to describe the types and frequency of second line treatments of patients with CLL treated with the combination of frontline ibrutinib plus venetoclax.

Primary Objectives:

• To describe the sequence of treatments after the frontline combination of ibrutinib plus venetoclax

Secondary Objectives:

• To assess long-term safety and efficacy of ibrutinib plus venetoclax and describe potential resistance mechanisms
